Upgrade exchange program
The EkaPad you receive is a
new unit. Included is a new Cheat Sheet which is current for the upgraded
software in the EkaPad.
This program is only
available in the USA. If you live somewhere else and want to exchange your
EkaPad for any reason, please email us and we'll work something out for you.
CAUTION: When we install new
software, all Keeps and ShortCuts
are removed; the registers are empty. Please make a record of your Keeps
and ShortCuts; print out your Keeps and record your ShortCuts. You will have to
re-enter them into your new EkaPad.
NOTE: Upon receipt of your
old EkaPad, we will empty the Keep and ShortCut registers by Resetting the EkaPad. Prior to shipping, to remove any
private information you may have in your old EkaPad, Reset it yourself (this empties all the Keep and ShortCut

EkaTetra ships first 2-way upgrade exchange program
With this option, you
always have a unit to use. We ship a new unit to you in a double box. The
inside box has a prepaid mailing label. You take out the new unit, repack your
old unit in the smaller box, seal it and give it to a USPS mail person.
Your actual charge for this
is $14. When we ship we receive a deposit from you, by a hold placed on your
credit card, for $155.00 (the price of an EkaPad). When we receive your old
EkaPad back within 15 days, we remove the hold, and your only cost for this
program is $14.00. Price: $155.00 (deposit) + $14.00 (shipping).

With this option, you will
be without an EkaPad for about 10 days. You ship your EkaPad to us. Upon our
receipt of your old EkaPad we will ship to you a new EkaPad.
For this exchange program,
you will pay $8.00; $1.00 exchange + $7.00 standard shipping = $8.00.
