While we are getting these resources setup for you, please email support@ekatetra.com with your problem or concern. You should expect to here from us within one business day.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the EkaPad, you may return in within 30 days for a full refund.
Please let us know by sending an email to support@ekatetra.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided so that we can track your return and refund your money.
If for any reason your EkaPad fails to operate correctly, then you can request a replacement.
We will send out a replacement unit, and then you ship the defective unit back in the same box (postage paid).
You will need to secure the replacement order with a credit card. So long as the defective unit is received within 14 days, your credit card will not be charged. Please let us know at support@ekatetra.com so we can send out a replacement.
