10-ones: Npad configuration when using 10-ones feature

The CheatSheet displays the Npad Phone number layout for the 10-ones feature for creating single finger shortcuts in an application. Which ever Npad layout you use, the 10-ones feature will work. Just follow the steps using the Npad layout you've selected. Caution: If you reconfigure your chosen Npad layout after entering a 10 sequencial set of ShortCuts, and try to use the orginal list you made for 10-ones, you will find  the ShortCuts will not match your list.
